Solar-Fabrik AG i.I. announces discontinuation of its Wismar operations
Solar-Fabrik Wismar GmbH i.I., a 100 percent subsidiary of Solar-Fabrik AG i.I. (ISIN: DE0006614712), will discontinue their operations on November 30, 2015, and, as approved by the custodian, settles an agreement with the workers’ council about a transfer company to take over the employees of the Wismar operations. Solar-Fabrik AG i.I. does not incur additional costs from this transfer company.

Die Solar-Fabrik Wismar GmbH i.I., eine 100 prozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Solar-Fabrik AG i.I. (ISIN: DE0006614712), wird den Betrieb zum 30.11.2015 einstellen und vereinbarte jetzt mit dem Betriebsrat unter Zustimmung des Sachwalters eine Transfergesellschaft, die ab dem 01.12.2015 die Mitarbeiter des Betriebs in Wismar aufnehmen soll. Durch diese Transfergesellschaft wird die Solar-Fabrik AG i.I. nicht mit Mehrkosten belastet.
